Develop new Ship's Selected Record Drawings (SSRDs) for the LCU 1700 class.
Assist mechanical and electrical engineers in their review of technical documentation.
Develop standard templates and CAD processes for the engineering team.
Maintain a 3-D CAD (SolidWorks) model database for LCAC 100 (SSC).
Maintain workload and respond to tasking within the schedule and technical requirements identified in the Integrated Data Environment (IDE).
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's degree plus 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Degree must be in CAD Design. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 3 years of relevant work experience. Work experience may be adjusted based on education, or highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.
