Ability to identify what is in contract vs. what is not in contract and alert appropriate personnel in writing. Ability to troubleshoot and identify potential problems before they manifest. Responsible for ordering all materials necessary to complete a project. Must have complete knowledge of all applicable fire codes, including NFPA 13.
