Onsite meetings and/or site examinations are scheduled and completed within 72 hours or less of the initial contact to company. 5. Designs, proposes, and sells landscape construction (hardscape, softscape, others) projects to new leads and clients. 6. Active prospecting for new opportunities, relationships, and projects to bring designer/sales' OWN leads to the company. 7. May be asked to design, propose, and/or sell enhancement, maintenance, and snow projects for current and potential clients if and when maintenance, snow, and enhancement sales associates require assistance. 8. Preparation of job packets and supporting information relating to their sold projects for production associates. Onsite visits to meet with production associates. 9. The timely preparation of accurate invoices for all services and materials provided to clients, making sure that all costs have been included, and following up to ensure timely payment. 10. Communicates with clients on a regular basis to ensure completeness and quality of care from our field staff, per their contract. 11. Regularly visits clients' properties to inspect and ensure work is being performed in accordance with the contract. 12. During regular site visits, it is expected that any issues relating to Client's property is noted and relayed to both client and field staff. 13. Evaluates properties to develop ideas and proposals for new projects, repairs, replacements, and improvements. 14. Partners with the Agency Owner to establish and implement the systems, processes and operations to build customer loyalty. Specific Responsibilities, in addition to those listed above, include: Controlling costs in all work they are assigned to. Being flexible in work assignments so the company can meet changing customer needs and commitments. Keeping their work area and file storage locations clean and well organized at all times. Seeing to it that customer and company property is handled carefully, without loss or damage and that the office is kept clean and professional looking at all times. Helping the company find ways to improve its operations and increase sales. Serving as a good company representative and treating all customers and potential customers with honesty and respect in all business dealings. Communicating effectively and promptly and working in a spirit of cooperation with customers, management, employees, contractors, suppliers and co-workers. Demonstrating good judgment and reasoning in the performance of their duties. Following all company policies and procedures and recommending improvements to them when warranted. Performing their jobs in compliance with all applicable legal requirements and with the ethical standards set by the company, and handling all materials in compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. Seeing to it that all injuries, regardless of how minor, are treated properly and are recorded in the appropriate forms. Performing other duties as may be assigned. Continually improving their professional skills and job performance.
