I love the Clients! It's such a fun environment to work in with them. Never a dull moment. Nothing more satisfying than being a part of the clients growth in the community and helping them to their success. So inspiring and motivational for the clients to have that. They just love Desert Arc!
The only downside is the pay is always min wage even being with the company for-ever they don't give raises unless you're a manager or in the office. They do have benefits but most of us can't really afford to take advantage of them especially when your not higher up. But I love my job, so I can't complain. I have hopes one day they will start paying better for the ones that are working hard with the clients on a daily. There is nothing more satisfying then seeing the smile on those clients faces everyday and seeing them grow in the community. Makes it hard to leave a job like that when your helping them to their success. However, the people that do work there that have been there for years still making min wage are not there for the paycheck, that's for sure. Their heart is in it for the clients we work with. We love our job.
It's a great environment to work in. The clients are awesome! It's like your famous when walk into work everyday. All the clients are so happy to see you and tell you about their weekend or whatever their excited about. And they are so kind and loving. Just pure happiness. Love being a part of it!
