The Executive Assistant will support the North America Chief Executive Officer through strategy, planning, prioritization and coordination of executive action items. Serves as the N. Americas CEO's point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Office of the N. America CEO. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to work in close partnership with other members of the organization as well as independently on projects, from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Executive Support
Provides high-level administrative and project management support to the N. Americas CEO. Builds relationships with the executive team to act as an effective liaison on behalf of the N. Americas CEO
Liaise with both internal and external (clients, vendors, media outlets, etc.) audiences on behalf of N. Americas CEO to foster positive working relationships.
Strategically manages the calendar and balances competing responsibilities; Arranges and coordinates meetings, teleconferences, video conferences and other events across various time zones
Plans travel itineraries and makes reservations; maintains an accurate calendar and manages schedule for the N. Americas CEO to best utilize time.
Ensure schedule is adhered to and respected but also have ability to quickly adapt to last minute changes in plans, schedules and itineraries; provide a bridge for smooth communication when changes occur
Confidentially handles sensitive information, understands and makes decisions based on priorities
Coordinates, participates and provides support with internal and external meetings. Plays a large role in governance and coordinates on behalf of the N. Americas CEO. Develops and edits well-researched and strategic reports as needed; captures important information and tracks deliverables
Business and Functional Acumen: ability to learn the business and work strategically through an integrated operating model
Collaborates with IT for quick resolution of any technical difficulties.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams); able to operate various office equipment; savvy using online search engines and other sources for research purposes
Participates in company-wide strategic initiatives
Manages complex travel plans, expenditures, special events and ad hoc projects
Manage and track N. Americas CEO's budget including invoicing, expenses; approve expenses on behalf of N. Americas CEO when appropriate but and understanding when expenses need to be approved or reviewed by N. Americas CEO prior to processing
Executive Liaison and Support
Acts as the N. Americas CEO's administrative liaison to N. Americas executives and senior leaders across the network.
Serves as the secretary of key internal meetings such as DAN Executive meetings; compiles and distributes meeting materials; issues confirmations and reminders; takes and transcribes minutes; assists with planning meeting agendas, preparations for off-site retreats and other special events
Works with Company Secretary to coordinate full board and board-level committee meetings; sets annual calendar, and compiles CEO updates/reports.
Maintains and assembles current and relevant materials
Maintains all corporate documents (by-laws, Articles of Incorporation), board files and confidential member information
Special Projects and Initiatives
Ability to present information and reports in a succinct and well-written manner
Provide exceptional project management for cross-functional teams
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program or initiative execution
Ensure effective and consistent communication at all levels that give clear sight of progress of the project

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

As a New Stream Media Senior Sales Manager, your role is to develop strategic partnerships and deepen relationships with a designated book of CPG brands showcasing the Retail Media Network capabilities to meet the needs of the brand working closely with key influencers. You will grow existing and new partnerships within Brand, Shopper and Agency budgets, presenting solutions across multiple revenue channels. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding your sales quota.
You will also collaborate and occasionally lead campaign execution across functional teams who will support pre-sales and post sales IO execution of the campaign including account research, account strategy, media planning, audience strategy, billing, campaign development, creative, flighting and post campaign results. You will report to the Director of Account Management.
Main Responsibilities
Manage advertiser relationships on behalf of Retail Media Network driving omni-channel ad solutions
Build and deepen strategic partnerships that inform and influence the direction of the brands you work with by applying Solution Selling (Consultative Selling)
Deliver against established revenue targets across portfolio of account list assigned as well as cultivate new relationships
Be the voice of the market and provide ongoing feedback from advertiser's perspective that helps influence product roadmap
Manage your financial pipeline and demonstrate command and understanding of your pacing, gap closing strategies and ability to meet expected revenue goals
Communicate with internal teams ensuring the functional departments are completing their tasks on time and correctly (media plans, audiences, creative, activation and reporting)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree
5+ years of client-facing media and integrated marketing campaign sales with strong understanding of client management, digital media, targeting and measurement and the retail media eco-system
5+ years of experience working with and gaining alignment from multiple client and agency stakeholders to deliver revenue targets and build toward long term relationships.
Experience in 1:1 client engagement inclusive of strategic planning sessions, QBR's and JBP partnership meetings
Cross functional leadership experience and the ability to orchestrate an internal cross functional team to deliver seamless execution against a clear campaign objective
Efficient in pipeline management, CRM Tools and holds forecasting at the highest levels of importance
Has successfully instilled trust with internal and external clients / teams and desire to evolve processes and eagerness to help build toward continued success

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
