About the Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join us FULL-TIME, working 4 weekdays (9am-6pm) and every other Saturday (9am-4pm). Responsibilities Provide general dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and more. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional patient care. Comply with all dental regulations and standards of care. Qualifications DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school. Current NJ state dental license (or in process). Strong clinical skills and experience in general dentistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Previous dental practice experience preferred but not required. Compensation Daily minimum guarantee or percentage of collections whichever is higher.
