Duties/Responsibilities:

Develops and oversees progress towards annual quality improvement goals and participates as a member of the Quality Improvement Committee.
Ensures the most efficient delivery of dental services in a safe and caring environment for all clients.
Ensures adherence by all dental staff to HIPAA standards and requirements.
Records all examinations, treatment plans, procedures and other dental services performed for patients by Dentist in EMR platform. The electronic dental record shall contain sufficient information to identify the patient, support the diagnosis, justify the treatment, document the course and results, facilitate appropriate charges and facilitate continuity of care among health care providers.
Counsels patients regarding problems and course of treatment.
