In his previous role as CFO of Deluxe, Eric oversaw the company’s long-term business and financial planning, working closely with executives across each business unit to establish and achieve key business objectives. He guided Deluxe’s operational and financial transformation, establishing a more efficient capital structure in order to better meet the needs of the rapidly evolving global content ecosystem.



Eric brings more than 20 years of financial leadership and operational experience to Deluxe. He has previously played a vital role in growing software, services and technology related businesses as both a CFO and General Manager. Prior to joining Deluxe in 2018, Eric was CFO of Harland Financial Solutions, which he successfully grew and sold first to D+H, a global payments and lending technology provider, and Vista Equity Partners, a software and technology focused private equity firm. He also spent nearly 15 years at Honeywell in executive management roles across finance, operations and general management.

Cons of working at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc.

HR is terrible. They blatantly violate labor laws and are very dismissive about it as well as rude. They think they are above the law and act very smug about it (when they are not playing dumb to a ridiculous degree where they would have to be a literal baby, and they basically respond to inquiries like one, to not know about the basic labor laws they claim not to know about, and not an HR professional who’s job is literally to know this stuff. which also any random adult not even in the profession would know about. Also they ridiculously understaff. They do layoffs reactionary to the strikes even when the department is already understaffed and backlogged with lots of orders. Some departments aren’t even affected by the strikes because all their clients are overseas but they still cut staff, when clients are already pissed off and on the verge of dropping deluxe due to slow turnaround from chronic understaffing
