Qualifications:

De-escalate any misapplications as needed
Generate reporting on incoming payments and payment trends
Assist in implementing automation tools
Collaborate with collections team as needed to meet weekly and monthly goals

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
NetSuite experience preferred
Strong analytical skills.
Detail oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
Team player who strives to achieve department goals.
Solid communication skills and positive attitude.
Quick learner and consistent in meeting deadlines.
Excellent prioritizing skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook office 365.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements
Primarily an office environment. Noise level is low. Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed is required.
