As an RN in our ER, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing a wide range of traumatic injuries and medical emergencies. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions, including trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and other medical emergencies. Assessment and Triage: Quickly and accurately assess patient conditions, prioritize care based on severity, and initiate appropriate interventions. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Trauma Management: Administer life-saving treatments and interventions for trauma patients, including wound care, medication administration, and emergency resuscitation.
