Description:
Lead efforts to gather and analyze client business process requirements related to EHS and Quality Management Manager.
Develop detailed configuration rationales, designs, and perform system configuration to meet client needs.
Implement functional solutions in SAP that align with business processes for EHS and QM.
Develop and execute test strategies, managing large and complex testing efforts.
Create and maintain associated documentation (e.g., RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.).
Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes, including those interfacing with other applications.
Facilitate collaboration with both technical and functional teams to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements.
Manage and mentor a team, providing training and guidance to junior team members.
Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning is a plus.
Experience:
7 years of SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and EHS & QM Functional experience.
Proven experience in team leadership.
U.S. Citizenship required (Federal-specific requirement)
Federal government experience.
SAP S/4 HANA experience.
Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - EHS, SAP Certified Application Associate - QM
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications
