Assist visitors in installing ARTLENS App on their personal devices. Provide an excellent visitor experience in the ARTLENS Gallery space, using the museum's visitor interaction model as a guide. Identify problem areas and propose solutions to the Digital Team to enhance the visitor experience, interactive experience, and technology performance in in the ARTLENS Gallery space.
