Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver an Outdoor Cooking program that is appropriate for the age and ability of the campers. Evaluate abilities of campers and staff. Deliver progressive and varied activities that use resources efficiently. Evaluate the success of the activity. Plan a detailed schedule for cooking meals to meet the needs of each unit and program Ensure that camp staff and campers know and follow safety and educational procedures. Ensure campers and staff follow safety procedures of our GSGLA policies. Assist counselors with the development of activity kits for use by units and for special events.
