This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our inventory data across multiple systems, ensuring seamless integration and flow of this data to our website and other platforms. Additionally, the role will involve resizing, optimizing, and uploading product images to ensure high-quality visuals on our website. The ideal candidate will have experience in data cleanup, database management, e-commerce platforms, and basic image editing. Experience in the jewelry industry is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: Data Cleaning & Standardization: Review, clean, and standardize inventory data, identifying and correcting discrepancies in the database to ensure consistency across all systems. Inventory Data Integrity: Perform audits and continuous monitoring of inventory data to ensure accuracy and completeness, resolving any errors or mismatches. Data Migration & Integration: Assist in the migration of data between internal systems and the website, ensuring smooth flow of inventory information and updates in real time. Image Resizing & Optimization: Resize, crop, and optimize product images for optimal display and loading performance on the website, ensuring consistency in image sizes and quality. Upload Product Images: Upload and manage product images on the website, ensuring they are correctly linked to inventory listings and displayed accurately. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, product management, and marketing teams to identify areas for data improvement and ensure that inventory data is correctly represented on the website. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, data flow problems, and system integration issues. Documentation: Document data cleanup processes, issues identified, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team. Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory data health and progress of ongoing data cleaning efforts. Qualifications: Proven experience in database management, data cleaning, and data entry, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
