What you'll be doing:
Oversee the enhancements to, and ongoing support of the E.H.R. system.
Demonstrate competency as an advanced E.H.R. user, including configuration settings, software functionality, and end-user experience.
Demonstrate understanding of how the system's functionality supports clinical service delivery and revenue cycle management workflows.
Translate business requirements into E.H.R. system processes.
Support implementation of all new functionality in the E.H.R. system
Oversee development of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Manage the creation and revision of electronic forms templates, and reports.
Manage the configuration, security matrix, mapping, and maintenance of the E.H.R.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field and CareLogic system experience.
1 to 3 years' experience working with an E.H.R. system, writing SQL queries, or using report writing tools such as Caboodle, Crystal Reports, Pentaho, Tableau, Power BI.
Critical thinking skills to successfully oversee the administration of an electronic health record for a high matrix, cross functional organization.
Must be able to work as a team and independently.
Must have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Have a Valid driver's license with no more than 5 points, and current automobile insurance.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Data Entry Specialist are responsible for inputting new data and making changes to existing data. Their duties include inputting data from paper or digital documents into digital systems, creating spreadsheets, processing work orders for operations, and auditing work to ensure accuracy. Specialists may be called upon to prepare and/or present information to management or peers in a group setting, prepare price increase data packages for processing and entry, and drive the month-to-month data cleanup.
Responsibilities of Position:
Performs accurate data entry in a timely fashion
Prepares and present information to management or peers in a group setting
Manage data projects (price increases, data cleanups, etc)
Assists in training other associates.
Process on-line data entry for commercial accounts (SMS, MSS, etc.)
Create, process, close, and audit work orders/interactions, billing adjustments, new starts, and delivery/removal work orders.
Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects any incompatibilities, and checks output.
Database reports, billing and payment reports, etc.
Retain customers through effective communication.
Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Log and record information on customer accounts.
Resolve customer account issues and adjust accounts accordingly with verification from management, when required.
Provide internal and external customers with assistance regarding account and billing questions, new account setups, missed services, and other customer related issues.
Provide administrative support to department leadership.
Works as a back up to answer phones promptly and courteously utilizing company procedures when needed.
Accurately update the route audit logs after ensuring that the customer accounts have been updated to have the correct services, billing, and assets.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Rumpke's services, pricing, etc.
Work special data entry projects with accuracy and complete in time to meet deadlines.
Performs tasks in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.

Skills & Abilities Needed for Position:
Good typing skills with the ability to type at least 50 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate. Testing may be required. 10-key proficiency is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Testing may be required.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
Advanced computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Consistently presents and maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Proven analytical/problem solving skills for the customer and the company.
Excellent customer service and data entry skills.
Excellent knowledge of office functions.

Position Summary
Scheduled Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
The Payment Application Specialist is accountable for a variety of tasks that impact the finances of our 600 plus local companies. This specific position, would be responsible for applying payments accurate to customer accounts, performing analysis of payment histories and account reconciliations. In addition, this role will reconcile customer balances with focus on resolving payment discrepancies, conduct research for unidentified customer accounts and/or over-payments, and have regular interaction with the credit/collection department. The candidate takes ownership, creates solutions and enjoys working “hands-on” in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Check Scanning
Work with customers and/or local companies on discrepancies
General ledger account activity
Post payments and prepare deposits
Post payments via ACH, check, cash, credit card and wires
Daily bank reconciliation
Daily customer account reconciliation
Assist with short pays and tax adjustments
Identify and research variances
Assist other team members in backup capacity, as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned
Available for extended hours during month end/year end processes
