Required Skills and Experience * Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline. * 10+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business results. * 5+ years of senior leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams, foster collaboration and inspire innovation. * Expertise in machine learning, AI, and data analytics frameworks, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying predictive models. * Experience in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence business decisions at the highest levels. * Expert knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling. * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and productionizing AI solutions. * Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in working with large-scale structured and unstructured data sources. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
