Cycle Tracking & ARR Waterfall - Monitor customer lifecycle trends, track Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) movements, and forecast financial outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure data insights drive strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and business intelligence.
Experience with programs & tools such as Hashboard, Amplitude, Stripe, Google, Apple, DBT Labs, Bitquery, and Python.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to executives.
Strong problem-solving skills with a curious and proactive mindset -analyzing data, asking the right questions and finding solutions accordingly.
Experience working cross-functionally with Finance (CFO/FP&A) and Engineering teams.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly in a high-growth startup environment.
**The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000**
