Collaborate closely with team to interpret data and provide actionable insights to optimize overall strategic priorities and strategies. Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to translate complex data into clear visualizations that staff can easily interpret and use to inform their strategies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking initiatives against established goals, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain clear and organized documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis results. Perform administration of the analytics and reporting tools, which includes maintaining user access and change management responsibilities over the applications.
