Deposits

Inventory and ordering supplies

Booking lunch & learns

Booking travel arrangements

Ordering printing material

Maintain Break Room and Conference Room

Service calls on equipment

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Accuracy and detail oriented, strong multi-tasking skills, complete several concurrent tasks, manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, strong responsible work ethic, uses time productively to accomplish work goals, learns quickly on the job, is open to changing situations of tasks, and has excellent attendance. Computer skills and working with numbers are a must (word, excel, outlook and other manufacturer specific software used daily).

Critical thinking to confirm legal request for records is completed by our clients Heavy data entry and phone interaction Prepares legal packet via data entry, client preferences and system usage Internally track parts as necessary Email clients for confirmation, questions and or status Handle problem requests/research/follow-up Quality check all documents, entries and legal paperwork Resend requests/additional documentation as needed Faxing, mailing, setting up hand serves of legal requests Save/Scan all documents

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1-year relevant work experience Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus
