Analyze commodity program spend and recommend changes, including addition or deletion of specific catalog items and addressing price fluctuations when necessary for Bank-wide savings.
Audit and process consolidated program invoices covering many items and/or cost centers to ensure appropriateness and accuracy prior to paying. Validate signing authority and signature verification on incoming expense and capital orders to ensure policy adherence.
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

The Opportunity
Good Inside is looking for an Associate of Data Analytics, who can turn data into actionable business recommendations for the Product, Marketing, Content, and Finance teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Good Inside, collaborating to drive real-world impact and address the most pressing business questions that need to be solved. We need someone who can cut through the business and data noise, identify what truly matters, and communicate insights in plain English. What You'll Own
Problem Solving: Know the data inside and out to be able to help address business questions efficiently Visualization: write ad-hoc SQL queries in response to data reporting and analytic requests, and build clear intuitive dashboards (e.g., such as in BI tools like Amplitude or in Google Sheets) that make business-relevant insights easily accessible to the team and guide great business decisions

Your Skills & Experience
You have 3-6 years of experience in an analytics role focused on data analytics that includes exposure to Marketing, Product, and/or Finance teams
You are a fast learner who knows how to educate yourself on new topics
Your background shows you can handle big data sets with an analytical mind, either through real-world experience, bootcamps, or your formal schooling
Advanced in SQL and data visualization tools, with a focus on creating clear, impactful reliable reports and ad hoc analyses - bonus if you have Python or Alteryx in your back pocket
A practical mindset that prioritizes actionable insights; you are comfortable delivering an 80% correct answer that gets the team moving and can articulate the tradeoffs and risks of using the quick answer over a perfect answer
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to dissect the true business needs by reading between the lines of what is being asked, proposing the path forward, and bringing even your non-data savvy stakeholders along with you
A bias for action balanced with the ability to prioritize your work and collaboratively manage stakeholder expectations on output and timelines

The Coordinated Entry Systems Data Associate position coordinates, analyzes and interprets coordinated entry data for community planning purposes. The Coordinated Entry Systems Data Associate provides effective leadership to advise internal and external leaders on system level change to improve coordinated entry outcomes. Required activities fall within three categories: 1) extrapolation and interpretation of coordinated entry HMIS data; 2) provide technical assistance to internal (CARES staff members) and external leaders (Coordinated Entry Lead agencies, committees and CoC Board) to assist with coordinated entry operations, evaluation, and monitoring; and 3) in coordination with internal leaders provide general system level performance evaluation, monitoring and advisement to external leaders.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Present up-to-date high-quality coordinated entry data analysis to internal and external leaders.
Support and perform coordinated entry data management.
Provide administrative and data-focused support for the coordinated entry system.
Conduct in-person and virtual training for regional partner organizations participating in the CE system.
At the direction of the Partner Services Director and/or Associate Director oversee the CE system's operations and provide support to ensure smooth functioning.
Facilitate Coordinated Entry Case Review meetings.
Support the development and implementation of a coordinated entry data quality and performance plan per affiliated Continuum of Care.
At the direction of the Partner Services Director and/or Associate Director of Coordinated Entry, collaboratively support learning opportunities to strengthen knowledge of best-coordinated entry practices for both internal and external stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with the Planning and HMIS Units to leverage policy and data to inform strategic planning and system-wide coordinated entry management and evaluation.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests made by the Associate Director of Coordinated Entry
Adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
Maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with people both internally and externally as it relates to the operations and business of affiliated CoCs.
Work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.

EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years minimum working in a non-profit, community-based, and/or advocacy organization.
EDUCATION
Associate degree preferred.
