Job Description
The Data Entry Specialist position provides data collection support to the Performance Measurement and Analytics (PMA) Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collect and enter investment manager and index data on a monthly basis for certain asset classes
Collect and enter custodian bank data on a monthly basis for certain custodian banks and clients
Reconcile data with a third party, troubleshoot as needed, note reasons for any unresolved discrepancies, and approve
Maintain due dates, checklists, and procedures
Work in a deadline-driven environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, follow through and up on assigned tasks (team, client, and administrative) without needing to be micromanaged
Provide support to the other Data Entry Specialists and Receptionist as needed
Download data, information, fund fact sheets, etc. via Morningstar Direct and eVestment on a monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc basis
Help achieve RVK business plan goals
Other duties assigned as needed
