**Job Details:**
+ Training is on the job for 2 to 4 weeks. Will need to be willing to cross train in all areas.
+ Work schedule is 8:00am but may start as early as 7:00am if production requires until 5:30pm, M-F with occasional OT on Saturdays.
+ Employee will be responsible for the sorting, prepping, and scanning of up to two thousand (2000) insurance claims and documentation that come into our mailroom daily.
+ May be required to provide data entry for said documents into our clients' system log for most or all of your scheduled workday.
+ Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment such as removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims.
+ Claims will need to be placed into bins which is based on the sorting rules and policies.
+ May be responsible for processing and logging up to seven hundred (700) checks daily into our clients' system-strong attention to detail and data entry skills is required.
+ Ability to read and follow directions thoroughly as outlined by our clients' requirements and requests.
+ Employees may periodically lift boxes up to 20lbs and/or move with use of carts or pallet jacks if needed.

Job Details:
* Training is on the job for 2 to 4 weeks. Will need to be willing to cross train in all areas.
* Work schedule is 8:00am but may start as early as 7:00am if production requires until 5:30pm, M-F with occasional OT on Saturdays.
* Employee will be responsible for the sorting, prepping, and scanning of up to two thousand (2000) insurance claims and documentation that come into our mailroom daily.
* May be required to provide data entry for said documents into our clients' system log for most or all of your scheduled workday.
* Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment such as removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims.
* Claims will need to be placed into bins which is based on the sorting rules and policies.
* May be responsible for processing and logging up to seven hundred (700) checks daily into our clients' system-strong attention to detail and data entry skills is required.
* Ability to read and follow directions thoroughly as outlined by our clients' requirements and requests.
* Employees may periodically lift boxes up to 20lbs and/or move with use of carts or pallet jacks if needed.
