MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles, with a focus on data-driven systems or public safety projects.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, implementation, and management of complex projects.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including law enforcement officers, developers, and government agencies.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong understanding of data collection systems, software development lifecycles, and training program implementation.
* Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
