Responsible for correcting the data and coordinating with other appropriate departments when needed. * Analyze daily collection results in both the MDMS and AMI Headend systems, identify any meter collection issues, and coordinate within the Operational Technology group, or directly with field operations, and billing organizations to resolve issues. * Analyze MDMS/AMI exceptions generated each day based on existing operating procedures, determine the cause and correct the information to allow for timely billing. * Perform initial analysis on new exceptions and provide recommendations for resolution to their direct Supervisor.
