Role Overview
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive manual testing and validation of data as it flows from multiple disparate sources into our centralized data warehouse, and subsequently, into our reporting dashboards. You will collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and product teams to identify, document, and resolve data quality issues, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and reliable insights.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities)

As a Third-Party Risk Management Analyst/Senior Third-Party Risk Management Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Business Resilience department in Enterprise Risk Management. In this role, you'll lead our third-party risk management program, collaborating closely with the vendor management program to support the company's strategic goals while mitigating the risks of third-party partnerships. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the company to develop innovative risk assessment strategies, mitigate potential risks, and drive continuous improvement in our vendor risk management processes. You should have experience with telling the story of risk: helping vendor relationship owners and leadership develop a full-picture of a vendor's risk profile. Having experience developing and refining TPRM software platforms is the plus! Responsibilities & Qualifications
In this role you will:
Develop, refine, and maintain third-party risk management procedures
Collaborate with and educate departments on third-party risk assessment processes, results, and their potential impact on operations, promoting a deeper understanding of vendor relationships and associated risks
Conduct and or oversee comprehensive risk assessments for our third-party products and services, including the assessment of financial, business continuity, information security, and technology risks

* Develops data-driven reports using industry standard reporting tools (SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, etc.)

* Writes specifications for data inputs and outputs including the design of forms, graphical user interfaces, and reports

* Analyze daily collection results in both the MDMS and AMI Headend systems, identify any meter collection issues, and coordinate within the Operational Technology group, or directly with field operations, and billing organizations to resolve issues.
* Analyze MDMS/AMI exceptions generated each day based on existing operating procedures, determine the cause and correct the information to allow for timely billing.
* Perform initial analysis on new exceptions and provide recommendations for resolution to their direct Supervisor. If the exception is due to a technical issue, work with their direct Supervisor to understand and document the issue.
* Analyzes, researches, and implements data changes and corrections in the MDMS and AMI Headend system prior to the billing process.
* Analyze and resolve time-sensitive meter data-related inquiries received from internal departments.
