The People Data Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. What are the responsibilities of the People Data Analyst (HR)? Analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities, play a key role in providing business systems analysis “best practices” regarding usage implementation and integration of all HR and HRIS systems, and will work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. Generate key HR dashboards across the country. Collaborate with internal customers to maintain and develop processes that enhance operational capabilities. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Coordinate to identify root causes of and solutions to data integrity and system performance issues. Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintains HRMS system tables. Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Performs other related duties as assigned. What are the role requirements? Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred. At least 4 years related experience required. Experience with creating dashboards and visualizations with Power BI required. Experience with systems integration/implementation. Proficiency working with HRIS, databases and reporting applications (UKG preferred). Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with at least an intermediate working level of Excel. Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following: * Act as a treasury liaison with the company's business units in setting up new banking accounts, services, handling bank inquiries and any related matters including Integration of acquired company bank services into DexKo banking environment. * Monitor and analyze the company's daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate and optimize the short-term borrowing or investments and assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties and distribute to leadership. * Work with treasury management to maintain and rationalize the key global banks including the analysis of bank fee structures, services, and relationships. * Preparation of regular reports and analyses as well as continuous improvement of related processes and working methods around our Global Cash and liquidity * Responsible for the SOX compliance related to Treasury. * Assist with ongoing financial/statistical analysis, including: * Sales and EBITDA * Cash * Efficiency, quality, and safety KPIs * Participate in corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting (both short-term and long-term) in support of key areas (e.g., Revenue, COGS, and other expenses) * Support consolidated monthly reporting packages for Finance Organization, C-level management team and the Board of Directors Minimum Qualifications Qualifications: * Preferred 3 Years' Experience in treasury role or analytic business role * Advanced Skills in financial planning and analysis and financial modeling. * Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products * Ability to drive timelines and coordinate across groups to deliver on a common goal * A strong understanding of financial statements. * Advanced Skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. * Keen attention to detail; ability to deliver high quality, timely, and accurate work. * Self-motivated and outgoing with a professional demeanor * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
