Operator will abide by company rules and regulations, including all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SQF practices, working with safety first.
* Responsible for reporting any food safety or food quality related issues to a supervisor.
* Responsible for operating the Uniloy Blowmold, Video Jet coders, gallon bag/debag table, gallon labelers, 1/2 gallon debag table, 1/2-gallon labeler, and all supporting auxiliary equipment.
* Responsible for lubrication of the blowmold machine. Any problems must be reported to the maintenance mechanic and supervisor on duty immediately. A "Maintenance Work Request" needs to be completed for any potential downtime or safety concerns.
* Responsible for checking code dates (code date must match the production sheet) on the bottle and legibility at every label change.
* The label MUST BE verified against the label verification book on every label.
* The label must be straight.
* Responsible for sanitation as directed by manager or supervisor on duty.
* All employees must keep their work area in a safe, clean manner at all times. Report any safety concerns to the supervisor on duty, or the safety committee representative. Immediately report all injuries to the supervisor on duty and fill out the appropriate paperwork.
* All operators are responsible for turning on (beginning of run) and off (end of run) the utilities associated with the blowmold machine.
* ALL BLOWMOLD operators must try and meet goals set by the organization.
* Make sure all assigned paperwork is filled out accurately and completely. All paperwork must be turned in at the end of the shift.
* At the end of the shift, your trash must be taken out and your work area must be swept and debris picked up, no exceptions.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
* In the event of a spill, chemical or milk, you must report it to the supervisor on duty, immediately. Follow all directions of the posted spill signage.
IT IS A REGULAR, FULL-TIME POSITION, WORKING AT LEAST 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Tues through Fri 14:00 (2:00 PM) till 22:00 (10:00 PM)
Sat 08:00 till done.
