Responsibilities:
This role involves performing both remote and on-site audits across the USA, working closely with the vendor operations and compliance team to address any gaps, and implementing improvements to strengthen vendor partnerships. The specialist will also develop and maintain an escalation process, helping to resolve high-impact issues and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. The Vendor Compliance & Escalation Specialist focuses on reactive compliance management and resolution of escalated issues that threaten service consistency or contractual compliance. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a structured escalation process to address vendor disputes, performance issues, and compliance violations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges before they escalate and a reactive approach when issues require immediate intervention.

Accurately document all calls and account information
Identify and educate customers on services/products with the intent of suggestive upselling
Process customer payments
Perform outbound collection calls
Review, monitor, and follow up on any assigned accounts as appropriate
Protect customer information by keeping all information confidential
Update job knowledge by attending training and educational opportunities
Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of customer service experience
1 year of call center experience highly preferred
6 months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Data entry, keyboard skills and use of a 10 key calculator are required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborate with others effectively
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting for 6 - 8 hours a day
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing
Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent required
