About the role
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling new Property and Casualty Insurance business via inbound contacts to the Direct Sales Center. This role is a true dedicated insurance sales professional, who uses acquired insurance knowledge to assess an individual's needs and make recommendations accordingly. The ability to represent COUNTRY Financial and our products is crucial to be able to confidently answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales.

Base Pay Range:
