This person will join the Client Service team within the Treasury Services department of the bank. The Client Service team supports external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues and leverages the appropriate resources to resolve their inquiries. The CSO will act as the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for client retention and de-escalating / resolving any client issues that arise via email and phone. They will also be responsible for supporting the Sr. CSO's, helping offboard clients, sitting in on client meetings, and partnering with internal teams to gain information or guidance on how to resolve client issues. This role will be fast paced and needs a candidate who is passionate about customer service, enjoys multitasking, learning operational flows of resolving client inquiries, and comfortable advocating for their clients. This person will need to be flexible working 8 hours a day between the hours of 8am - 7pm EST. Some main responsibilities may include: • Act as client service point of contact for daily inquiries and ensuring timely response by adhering to service levels for resolution; providing quality professional client experience & communication. • Identify and escalate appropriately to Senior Client Service Officer and/or Service Director, on matters requiring immediate attention • Meet Associate Client Service Officer target objectives & grade level certifications (performance, behavior, & productivity); achieve training journey requirements • Develop a firm understanding of all standards (policies/procedures) & Client Service tools/systems • Acquire and utilize knowledge of core Treasury Services product suite and associated operational flows to appropriately address client inquires Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
