This is a part time position. Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. This requires accurately and efficiently operating the cash register, providing various services at the customer service counter, and maintaining security and control of all funds in the cash register.

Perform duties of floor monitor when one is not assigned to be on-duty. May be assigned to be the on-duty floor monitor. Perform the duties of cashier and bagger when appropriate.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. **Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service/Mail Clerk for a local organization**
Shift - Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay for this position is $16-$17/hr DOE
The Customer Service/Mail Clerk Agent is responsible for processing reports, answering emails, and completing customer requests received via postal mail. This role ensures customers, both internal and external, are answered per contractual and process guidelines on a daily basis.   • Resolve customer account issues via email within the service level agreement
