Nature and Scope A Custodian has the primary responsibility of cleaning the facility and grounds in such a way as to promote a healthy and safe environment. Nature and Scope A Custodian has the primary responsibility of cleaning the facility and grounds in such a way as to promote a healthy and safe environment.
