Empty trash containers and taking contents to centralized waste areas for permanent removal. Clean A/C filters weekly or as needed. Fill out work requests for any needed repairs to be turned, e.g. leaky faucets, stopped up toilets, or out of order washers/dryers etc. Work with various chemicals and follow all instructions for proper and safe use of chemicals. Chemical safety and use of chemicals will be included in the housekeeper's on-board training. Use safety precautions in all housekeeping services. Perform additional work as deemed necessary by management. Be willing to work as a team player maintaining a friendly disposition at all times. ADDITIONAL/NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES N/A All remaining duties are considered "nonessential" within the context of the ADA, which means that the function could be reassigned to another employee in order to allow a disabled individual to hold the position.
