PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is accountable for the cleanliness of the center common area, which included but is not limited to, the parking lot, common sidewalks, and service bays. This position is also responsible for emptying of trash receptacles, tenant dumpsters, and operating a trash compactor. CFCU Community Credit Union (CFCU) is seeking a reliable full-time Commercial Cleaner to help maintain positive building aesthetics for the Credit Union. This individual will ensure locations are cleanly and properly disinfected with member and employee's health as a main concern. This role is a second shift opportunity, and the hours are 5:00 pm - 1:30 am with partial weekends. Requirements & Responsibilities: Utilize an established cleaning checklist to perform all tasks to the Credit Union's established standards. Tasks include, but are not limited to: o Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. o Clean glass windows and entrance doors of each facility. o Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, drinking fountain, etc. in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes. o Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchens. o Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub all facility floors. o Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas. o Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle after each use. o Participate in special project assignments as required, such as carpet cleaning and outside window washing.
