Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant. Cleans lunchroom by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc. Ensures all refuse is removed from the grounds around the building by sweeping sidewalks, picking up trash, and emptying garbage cans and ash buckets. Stocks lunch room with supplies and prepares coffee and hot chocolate machines for use. Cleans windows inside and outside of the facility by using scissor lift or man lift. Cleans hard to reach areas overhead and under the equipment including racks and windows. Cleans offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats. Cleans lobby area including the mezzanine and observatory windows. Ensures that the building is “Tour Ready” condition at all times.
