Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by building strong relationships with customer accounts. Negotiate commitment dates and enforcement of business rules with customers for all sales orders. Manage the entry, routing, and fulfillment of customer requests for information relating to order fulfillment such as requests for pricing, product availability, MSDS, COA, product specification sheets, shipment tracking, etc. Manage customer emergency requirements that may require “after-hours” support. Adhere to all order fulfillment and ISO procedures and any applicable cross functional process to ensure orders are processed first time right. Carry out P.O. review throughout the entire order processing cycle ensuring pricing accuracy per documented price deviations and communications. Perform any required credit/debit memo adjustments / return of material as per global guidelines, obtaining and documenting all necessary approvals and doing any necessary follow up with internal/external customers as needed. Follow all environmental and safety regulations, related to the business sector, and act in compliance with all US laws. Manage or participate in special projects as required. Ensure appropriate monthly reconciliation activities are completed on a timely basis to positively impact monthly sales reporting for all consignment accounts; Build and maintain good relationships with internal customers. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This is an on-site hourly position, and the regular weekly work schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional work hours will be assigned during peak times and year-end. The Laser Automation Specialist is responsible for various day-to-day functions, from set-up and loading to efficiently operating machinery such as lasers and punch presses. They are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating production equipment and cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works in a production environment. This onsite position will require a daily presence at our Dust-Free facility in Royse City, Texas, Monday through Friday. The regular working hours will be 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime and Saturdays when required. Palletizing: Stack and arrange finished boxes on pallets, following predetermined patterns for maximum efficiency and stability. Secure pallets using stretch wrap, shrink wrap, or straps to prevent product movement during shipping. Ensure pallets are correctly labeled with product and shipping information. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before boxing and palletizing. Report any issues with products, packaging, or equipment to supervisors. We are looking for an Advanced Product Quality Planning Manager with proven experience in APQP to manage and lead RectorSeal's Product Approval Process during new products introduction. This position will be also supporting QMS standardization through Rectorseal locations and participating as member of the Internal Quality Audit team. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of APQP processes and ISO9001 and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities Responsible for Maintaining RectorSeal's Quality Product Approval Process (RPAP). Managing and executing all advanced quality engineering work to be ready before product launches; leading APQP meetings, managing supplier engagement, and performing suppliers QMS assessments. Ensure, collect, and keep records that product specifications, product validation, product testing, control plans, product listing certifications and other product associated documentation are implemented and approved by appropriated groups before new product introduction/release. Participate in new product's gate review process, working directly with new product committee to define required documentation for new product introduction. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise during product development as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality. Maintains appropriated RPAP documentation for each project and RPAP status tracker. Proactively managing and escalating significant RPAP/launch risks to ensure timely problem resolutions. Provides onsite QA support during NPI build events to ensure quality documentation and requirements are met. Works directly with QA plant team members at multiple Rectorseal facilities to ensure QMS standardization and compliance with regulations and ISO 9001 standard. Acts as Rectorseal Quality representative during external customer audits to any Rectorseal location for QMS assessments and/or new product approval. Position Purpose: Ensure fulfillment of orders through effective information exchange and daily interface (as appropriate and required) with customers, distributors, commercial team, operations planners, world-wide site shipping and supply chain contacts. Job Responsibilities: * Maintain ownership of all details and communication throughout the order to cash process. * Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by building strong relationships with customer accounts. * Negotiate commitment dates and enforcement of business rules with customers for all sales orders. * Manage the entry, routing, and fulfillment of customer requests for information relating to order fulfillment such as requests for pricing, product availability, MSDS, COA, product specification sheets, shipment tracking, etc. * Manage customer emergency requirements that may require "after-hours" support. * Adhere to all order fulfillment and ISO procedures and any applicable cross functional process to ensure orders are processed first time right. * Carry out P.O. review throughout the entire order processing cycle ensuring pricing accuracy per documented price deviations and communications. * Perform any required credit/debit memo adjustments / return of material as per global guidelines, obtaining and documenting all necessary approvals and doing any necessary follow up with internal/external customers as needed. * Follow all environmental and safety regulations, related to the business sector, and act in compliance with all US laws. * Manage or participate in special projects as required. * Ensure appropriate monthly reconciliation activities are completed on a timely basis to positively impact monthly sales reporting for all consignment accounts; * Build and maintain good relationships with internal customers. * Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Essential Skills, Education & Experience: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Experience with JDE or SAP preferred, but not required. * Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * General understanding of Supply Chain Management and the impact that different order activities and changes have upon the different points of the chain; * Ability to acquire detailed knowledge of specific customers, products, product lines, and packing & shipping standards; * Understands freight terms, payment terms, and pricing terms; * Ability to liaison with other cross functional employees within Supply Chain and work with multiple processes and procedures; * Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently * Ability to recognize, analyze, and offer solutions to customer problems or involve the necessary people to ensure the problem is properly resolved; * Ability to analyze customer order patterns to enable continuous improvement of order fulfillment process; * Quick learner and have the ability to keep an open mind to changes that may impact daily activities. The role of the Senior Product Manager is to align business and product strategies within their focus portfolio of products. A successful candidate must be able to manage a team of product managers to execute their aligned tasks and projects successfully. This role also involves owning their product portfolio, including maintenance activities to bolster growth and address issues, collecting and using customer inputs to support the products, and prioritizing new product development projects to expand the portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing key supply chain processes, supporting a high-performing team, and driving continuous improvements to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
