Must Haves
8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 6+ years in DTC, consumer platforms, or consumer goods.
Proven experience in positioning and messaging strategy for both new and existing products.
Deep expertise in customer, market, and competitive research to inform product and marketing strategies.
Ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with consumers.
Strong storytelling skills combined with a strategic, analytical mindset.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Creative teams.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Haves
Experience working in e-commerce, digital content platforms, or subscription-based businesses.
Background in customer lifecycle marketing, merchandising, or user engagement strategies.
Experience with AI-powered products or multimedia storytelling platforms.
Proficiency in A/B testing and performance analytics tools to optimize marketing impact.
Strong copywriting skills with a passion for crafting engaging, emotion-driven narratives.
Knowledge of pricing strategies, bundling, or promotional planning in a consumer-facing business.
