Pros of working at Cruises International

I love that we have unlimited to travel the world. I work for the top travel suppliers in the nation and we're the top travel partner in the Midwest. There's unlimited training too. So if I feel like I need to improve myself on a certain cruise or brand then they give me the tools and opportunity to explore that.

Cons of working at Cruises International

I think it's an older clientele - it's hard to reach the younger generation as a travel agency. And the overall travel agency market is starting to decline, so it's hard to compete against companies like AirBnB.

Cruises International Benefits

The travel perks are the best. Recently I was able to get on a cruise for free just because they wanted me to learn a little bit more. So my learning opportunities are going on vacation.

Pros of working at Cruises International

Nobody ever leaves because everyone is so happy here. We have a wonderful president that sets the tone for the company. They say being a travel agent is one of the happiest jobs in the world, so you can't be that. It's local to where I live and it's probably the friendliest place I've worked.

Cons of working at Cruises International

I rue the day when I have to leave. I enjoy working here.

Cruises International Benefits

My favorite perk would be travel benefits. There are free trips and discounted trips for traveling.
