Weekly pay
Diverse products, great co-workers, variable shifts, proximity to my home
Poor management, sub-par salary, over staffing, erratic scheduling, changing procedures without notice, lack of management communication, no compensation for after/before activities needed to complete shift requirements, poor communication, lack of screening new applicants to prevent unqualified candidates from hiring. Don't just throw bodies at the job to just to make a quota and expect to develop a successful and cohesive TEAM. Lastly, the apps used by Crossmark for employees are the worst ever implemented.
Close to home, diverse products, co-worker support, teamwork with store personnel. We are partners and work together.
Nothing. Can't address the CEO. Never met.
Increase pay, better screening of new candidates, background checks would go a long way, better communication, better training, change the apps to more user friendly
I spoke to a current employee on his shift. He gave me a name. I walked in and asked how to apply, interviewed and was hired.
Terrible. Other companies start at minimally $1.50 more per hour than Crossmark.
Extraordinary. Quite diverse from retirees, single parents, students, ethnicities, races.
Lifelong friends
Flexibility
Low pay, no incentives, no merit increases, no bonuses, horrible health insurance.
There are No perks.
They tell you what you want to hear but don't improve on things.
Do annual reviews of employees & give merit raises.
Poor
Not sure
Flexibility is good I get along with managers to complete work . .
Interacting with the consumers they're in the store getting to talk to them about food to make sales on the sales floor. Working together as a team to meet a common goal that would benefit Sam's club.
I can't complain everything was very nice at that job.
You can taste the food before you start serving it to others.
Everyone was helpful and available to assist. The company made it consistent for jobs at all locations for projects to complete. There where always managers nearby to answer questions.
Not too many hours. Some assemblies where not too easily illustrated when required to use for Displays. There where way too many boxes for cleanup after setting up isles. This took too much time and went to overtime at times. The job required lots of driving and directions where not always easy. Sometimes I was lost on the road.
This is not much of what my company offered. The benefits where probably if you are staying at a Hotel for the Company.
Great mgrs. Learning opportunities
Low pay
Learning new skills and, traveling to new cities.
Ability to make my own schedule
Not alot of hours
Company matched 401k.
You can sometimes schedule your own hours depending on supervisor. Otherwise work is not steady and low wages. Constant turn over and new people get better jobs then some of the older employees. Company does offer some benefits but no personal days off or vacation no matter how long you have been with the company.
Low wages constant layoffs and very demanding. Constant turn over and they will hire just about any one. No steady work or Companies. Company doesnt appreciate your service and they make promises that they dont keep. No benefits, No Vacation time or personal time available even if you have been with them for several years. Constant change of upper management positions.
When there is work you can do at your own hours.
