Poor management, sub-par salary, over staffing, erratic scheduling, changing procedures without notice, lack of management communication, no compensation for after/before activities needed to complete shift requirements, poor communication, lack of screening new applicants to prevent unqualified candidates from hiring. Pros of working at CROSSMARK

Everyone was helpful and available to assist. The company made it consistent for jobs at all locations for projects to complete. There where always managers nearby to answer questions.

Cons of working at CROSSMARK

Not too many hours. Some assemblies where not too easily illustrated when required to use for Displays. There where way too many boxes for cleanup after setting up isles. This took too much time and went to overtime at times. The job required lots of driving and directions where not always easy. Sometimes I was lost on the road.

CROSSMARK Benefits

This is not much of what my company offered. The benefits where probably if you are staying at a Hotel for the Company.

Cons of working at CROSSMARK

All they wanna do is continue to add more accounts after more accounts after more accounts. This company every week there was something new something that needs to be done and they were still not satisfied. Don’t go there you’ll be upset are you ask yourself why are you in there.
