Qualifications:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder. You must be willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, for 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks. Employees must be able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking.

The Bike Park Trail Crew is responsible for maintaining existing hiking and biking trails and building new trails on Brundage Mountain. Brundage operates lift served mountain biking starting mid-June through Labor Day. Trail work begins as soon as the snow clears in May and extends through the end of September. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed guest expectations through excellent trail work
Daily tasks include rock clearing and grubbing of brush and small trees, slope and bank stabilization, re-construction of bridges
Maintain and safely operate tools and equipment, including hand tools, small power tools, and chainsaws
Communicate all safety concerns, work concerns, and other pertinent information to the Trails Crew leader
Effectively comply with guidelines in emergency situations, following protocols and communication requirements
Read, understand, and implement certain plans and schematics
Job Qualifications:
Familiarity and/or desire to learn how to operate hand and power tools to perform trail work including, but not limited to: power drill, rock bar, shovel, hedgers, and other trail maintenance tools
Ability and/or desire to experience trail maintenance and construction work, including but not limited to: installation of trail features (benches, fences, bridges, etc.), removal of brush and vegetation, and re-direction of water on trails
Mountain bike riding experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors, at times in inclement weather and over variable terrain
Ability for daily range of motion to include stooping, kneeling, crouching, and maintain control of equipment
