    As a Barista, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality and presentation in workstation as directed by the Supervisor/Manager. Prepare hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Essential Functions Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware. Knowledge of all menu items, prices and methods of preparation. Use suggestive selling techniques to encourage the guests to choose items that are house specialties. Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment. Clean service or seating areas. Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning. Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards. Follow safety and security procedures. Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team. Follow all additional duties as assigned by management. Ensure that the opening/closing duties are complete as per protocol. Have a thorough knowledge of all the retail items. Abide by all policies and safety rules. Perform other duties as requested by management.
