Since 1991 Doug's Fish Fry has been serving the Cortland community with a smile on our faces. Our establishment offers our customers fresh seafood, a comfortable atmosphere and excellent customer service. Doug's Fish Fry is currently seeking an experienced restaurant manager who is team oriented, professional, and qualified to join our management team. This team member would work together to manage the crew and oversee operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of our restaurant's policies and procedures and will participate in achieving our revenue objectives. As restaurant manager, you will work with our existing management team to control food costs, staff restaurant and train new employees.
