Supervises inmates in the preparation and production of meals for inmates as well as staff; supervises cleaning of dishes, utensils, pots, cooking equipment, and all Food Services areas. May include working in the Bakery, in the Prep, Cook/Chill, or Dish Room areas on the floor. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of kitchen tools, keys, and chemicals.
