Shift Lead Duties:
Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-centered environment
Report to store manager and help oversee all operations
Key holder position responsible for opening and closing the store
Build made-to-order salads and other menu items
Provide great guest experiences with both walk-up and drive-thru orders
Come to work with an energetic, ready-to-work attitude
Qualifications:
Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week; including weekends
Must have 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
Obtain Food Handlers Certificate and certified non-slip shoes
Able to pass the Salad Test during training
Must be 18 years or older

Job Position Description:
As the Contents Crew Lead, you will collaborate with a ‘One Team' mentality, managing production crews and job assignments while following PuroClean production guidelines. You will assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, ensuring clear communication with the Operations Manager and Owner. The role involves managing job schedules, completing documentation in a timely manner, maintaining production costs within the established rate, and exceeding customer expectations by providing world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the PuroClean brand with professionalism and care.
Production Management: Oversee production processes, ensuring jobs meet customer needs and adhere to company guidelines.
Job Coordination: Assign jobs to production crews, manage schedules, and ensure smooth workflow from start to finish.
Job Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are orderly and comply with safety and uniform policies.
Documentation & Reporting: Complete job files promptly, ensuring accurate records are kept and production costs are managed.
Customer Communication: Address customer concerns in a professional manner, working closely with the Contents Division Manager and Owner to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proficiency with contents-related equipment and software used in property restoration.
Safety Knowledge: Ability to manage and enforce safety guidelines both on-site and during travel.
Communication Skills: Strong aptitude for record-keeping and clear communication with staff and clients.
Leadership Skills: Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams to ensure high performance.
Client Relationship: Ability to develop lasting client relationships and maintain excellent customer service.

Compensation:
