    The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for sales profitability and organic sales growth through new customer acquisition and existing account development within an assigned geographical territory. Maximize business relationships and create optimal customer experiences. Develops accounts by introducing and expanding product lines, highlighting product features and benefits, and by training customer's sales teams. Grows and maximizes the assigned territory by adding new accounts, introducing new products, growing business for existing accounts, and by implementing new and resourceful selling strategies. Reports to and consistently communicates with the Director of Sales to ensure the proper management and growth of the accounts. Contributes to the outstanding reputation of the company by always putting the customer first, treating other employees with respect, and conducting business with highest integrity. Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization's products.
