This is an all-season commercial roofing foreman position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience being a Foreman of a crew repairing and installing flat commercial roofs comprised of various materials, including PVC./p pbr//p pResume must reflect relevant experience or application will be rejected./p pbr//p pspan style="font-weight: bold;"Responsibilities and Duties:/span/p ul li Metro Detroit service area/li li Work outdoors in all weather conditions/li li Manage/perform roof installation projects from start to finish, including new installations and repairs on flat and low slope roofs/li li Work independently to complete jobs to spec and on time/li li Be able to troubleshoot/resolve issues/li li Direct and coach/mentor roofing technicians/li li Coordinate with estimator and project manager/li li Ensure safety protocols are observed at all times/li li Communicating with Customers/li li Will be required to complete OSHA30, CPR/First Aid and Fall Protection training if you haven't already./li li Help out Service department performing roofing repairs during period of high demand/li /ul pbr//p pspan style="font-weight: bold;"Qualifications:/span/p ul li Must be 18+ years old/li li High school diploma or GED/li li Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and climb a ladder/li li5+ years of experience running an installation crew on flat and low-slope roofs/li li Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License/li li Ability to use hand tools/li li On-time and available to work every day/li li Quick learner/li li Good communication skills/li li Must have experience installing Duro-Last roof systems to spec/li /ul pbr//p pspan style="font-weight: bold;"Compensation and Benefits:/span/p ul li Paid weeklyspan /spanemviaspan /span/emdirect deposit/li li Medical, Dental and Vision/li li Employer matched 401(k) Retirement/li li Paid Vacation and Holidays/li li Overtime and bonus for a highly-skilled, profit-generating foreman./li li Salary: Negotiable based on experience/li /ul
