Supervise and direct a crew of A, B, and C-grade craftsmen, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site. Provide guidance, training, and support to the team as needed. Work closely with customer project managers and site superintendents to ensure project timelines are met and any concerns are addressed promptly. Read and manage customer production schedules, ensuring that projects stay on time and within scope. Address any delays or issues that arise during the course of the project. Regularly communicate and cooperate with in-house sales, engineering, project controls, and safety teams to align project requirements and ensure smooth execution. Identify, quantify, and mobilize the necessary materials, equipment, and manpower for each project. Ensure all resources are available and prepared for project needs. Travel extensively for site management, ensuring that projects are consistently progressing according to plan.
