Purpose of the position: Continually evaluate the progress of each rebar placement to ensure that Safety, Quality, and rod setting Procedures are maintained in accordance with company policy and ASTM's. Complete every rebar setting project ensuring that the total satisfaction of our customers and the goals of the company are achieved. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Extensive experience is required with no less than 5 years' experience as a Foreman. This position requires, the ability to read construction drawings, superior organizational, supervisory and communication skills. A self-motivated individual that is detail oriented with the ability to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy. Exceptional follow-up skills are required, and the candidate should possess the ability to adapt to change and keep the project moving forward. Communication skills include verbal as well as written. PC skills include the use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, the internet, and familiarity with menu driven software is helpful. The capabilities to think ahead, identify and resolve potential problems is a must. Must provide or be able to obtain OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
