Position Summary: This Oregon Youth Corps (OYC) affiliated position is primarily field-based and applicants must have a strong interest in leading youth, natural resource management, and stewardship of public land.
This position is primarily outdoors, and applicants must have a desire to work among a small team. Projects include but are not limited planting, tending, and harvesting produce from beds in our learning garden and greenhouse on campus (i.e., sowing seeds, washing fruit and vegetables, mixing soil and compost, watering, and weeding raised beds). The Aerial Foreman position will oversee a crew of employees depending on job type and size. This position will coordinate with the Field Supervisor on lining out daily jobs.
