Part-time Description LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Part-time Courier in Dunwoody, GA. This position is responsible for transporting blood and blood products to and from customers and other LifeSouth branches. What You Will Do The Driver Recruiter plays a critical role in growing Courier Connection's fleet of reliable, service-driven professional drivers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract and retain high-quality drivers. Maintain an ongoing pipeline of independent contractor drivers for new and existing customer needs. Ability to manage multiple recruiting channels and build an active pipeline of qualified drivers. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Proficiency in CRM/ATS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
